Grammy Night Olive Tapenade Bruschetta

imagesJust got home from work and Madi and I are in the kitchen whipping up a delicious snack to watch the red carpet before the Grammy Awards! Four simple ingredients… french bread, cherry tomatoes, olive tapenade, and fontina cheese combine to make a scrumptious bite. I also grabbed champagne, fresh raspberries and framboise… to make a wonderful cocktail. Enjoy!!! Britt and Madi

IMG_5285Thinly slice the french bread. Rub bread with a garlic clove. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake in oven at 400 degrees until toasted.

IMG_5283Slice organic cherry tomatoes in half.

IMG_5279Slice fontina cheese.

IMG_5297Spread store bought olive tapenade on bruschetta, Top with two cherry tomato halves. Top with fontina cheese. Put under broiler on high until cheese melts.IMG_5306Garnish with parsley.


And for a great cocktail…

in  a champagne glass….

Put 1 tablespoon Framboise then fill glass with champagne. Garnish with raspberries, and enjoy the award show!!!!
