Autumn is one of my favorite seasons in Minnesota. It is a season of apple picking, hiking on the many trails, and picnicking at the beach on a rustic Faribult blanket. Today was a gorgeous warm autumn day, but I was stuck inside my office, so tonight I am heading to the lake. I am grabbing my cozy sweater, skipping the Monday night football game, and watching the sunset while sipping on a hot mulled cider. I may even spike it with a touch of bourbon.
“Live in each season as it passes…Breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the Earth.” Henry David Thoreau
