Britt & I have a love and passion for simple, yet full-flavor seasonal food. Shopping at your local Co-op is a great way to support local farmers, and buy the best seasonal food. Today I went, and got inspired to make a fresh salad with ripe summer peaches, heirloom tomatoes & organic burrata cheese. I sprinkled some pistachio nuts over the top. And I added a drizzle of reduced balsamic vinegar & extra virgin olive oil. A bit of flakey salt & freshly ground pepper finished it off. Keep it fresh…simple…significant! Peace…Madi
