imagesTheater is “ a powerful, even transformational, art form. … We go to the theater to open our eyes, to be made empathetic, to get bigger.”  Joseph Haj… artistic director at the Guthrie Theater.

Madi and I visited the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis.  Called “a 21st century dream factory” by Time Magazine, the new Guthrie boasts three stages, a full-service restaurant, pre-show dining, numerous bars and some of the best views of Minneapolis to be found in the city. Jean Nouvel is the French architect who designed the famous Guthrie Theater. Influenced by the Mississippi River’s proximity and beauty, architect Jean Nouvel’s vision for “theaters in the sky” made way for countless architectural feats in the facility. Watch as Madi and I wander through the amazing building on this lovely autumn morning! Enjoy!! …. Britt & Madi
