Its so simple, fresh, light and packed full of energy boosting nutrients !  It is great for lunch or simply add a grilled chicken breast  and it makes a perfect summer dinner. Arugula …centuries ago Romans discovered an unlikely quality of this leafy green, finding that those who ate it on a regular basis were more sexually energized!  Arugula’s aphrodisiac qualities may stem from its stimulating effects on the body, providing power and energy that vitalizes the system.

 Watermelon is a nutrient dense food! High in lycopene which protects against heart disease. High in Choline which can reduce chronic inflammation. And, high in vitamin C which helps with the maintenance of collagen. And watermelon will give you beautiful hair and skin.

R E C I P E:
2 cups baby arugula
1 cup watermelon
shavings of parmigiano-reggiano cheese
dressing:
2 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
